Allegrone Companies is proud to be supporting the vibrant arts community in the Pittsfield Upstreet Cultural District with a dedicated Gallery storefront space in the Onota Building, located at 74 North Street.

As part of June's First Fridays Arts Walk, Allegrone has partnered with Berkshire Art School IS 183, in a collaboration that reaches through the Summer into the Fall. During  this time, the space will be  curated by IS 183, with changing exhibitions through-out. Artists interested in exhibiting in this space should contact Hope Sullivan at hope@is183.org

The current exhibition, "At Home in the Berkshires" features IS183 faculty artists, Claire Fox, Andrew Davis and Monika Sosnowski on the theme of home. The artists in this exhibit explore the concept of home, place and identity, through the mixed medium of installation, fiber art and photography.

The Onota building is the subject of a mixed-use, historic redevelopment project. Located on popular North Street, the Onota offers retail space and residential units.

Now leasing. For more information on available space, contact Allegrone Real Estate by email: realestate@allegrone.com, or by phone: 413-997-9200

89 South Senior Living Community Pittsfield, MA.

Originally built in 1888 as the Berkshire County Home for Aged Women, the design entailed restoring and replicating prominent historic details, which pay homage to the Richardsonian Romanesque architecture, while incorporating a new transitional style that boasts the comforts of multifamily living in the modern age. The program houses 18 residential units along with shared amenities including dining cafe, reading and fitness and educational uses.
