Most people spend as much as 90% of their lives working indoors. 

Thanks to the researchers from Harvard's T.H. Chan School of Public Health, SUNY-Upstate Medical Center (Syracuse), and Syracuse University, we may have at least one rigorous, peer-reviewed study that does show that improved indoor environmental quality can positively benefit human cognitive capability.

Bostwick Gardens paves the way for new affordable, modern senior housing in Great Barrington, MA. The project involved renovation and upgrades to the existing 29 unit apartment building. The new construction phase was performed simultaneously and included the addition of a new 31 unit, 3 story building on the adjoining lot. The new combined facility includes a game room, an exercise room, a large community kitchen and a community garden.

89 South Senior Living Community Pittsfield, MA.

Originally built in 1888 as the Berkshire County Home for Aged Women, the design entailed restoring and replicating prominent historic details, which pay homage to the Richardsonian Romanesque architecture, while incorporating a new transitional style that boasts the comforts of multifamily living in the modern age.  The program houses 18 residential units along with shared amenities including dining cafe, reading and fitness and educational uses.
