The Onota building is a six-story historically restored structure providing one and two bedroom apartments.  The history of the building has influenced a modern industrial interior through the use of exposed rustic finishes such as raw wood and metal ornamentation.  The industrial flair has sought to bring back the various architectural expressions that once existed during the time of its construction in the mid-20th century.  By combining modern style with historic influence, the Onota building provides a comfortable atmosphere of balance between the old and the new while utilizing sustainable materials and efficient systems.

Please use the Apartment Search feature on the homepage, www.onota74.com, to view the units that are still available for lease.

The Onota building was constructed in 1928 on the site of the old Baptist Church. As one of the tallest buildings on North Street, it occupies a prominent position in the street-scape, its trademark, the four inlaid pillars on the facade. Through the mid-20th century, it formed part of a chain of successful commercial businesses that drew people to shop and work downtown.

On the National Register of Historic Places, this stately building will be back in service and offer high-end apartments, retail and a space which can host gallery shows and performances.

Allegrone has renovated the entire building to preserve and restore its historic nature. This restoration development has preserved a part of the City's history, while breathing new life into its prosperous future. Enjoy the charm and reminiscent past through the synergy of modern day amenities and commerce building possibilities.
